At Blue Publication, we are dedicated to providing high-quality publication support to our valued authors. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services. Please review the following guidelines carefully.
If we are unable to accommodate an author's specific journal preference, the author has the right to withdraw their article from our services without any charges. We strive to match authors with their preferred journals and make every effort to fulfill their publication goals.
If an author finds that the publication fees exceed their budget, they may withdraw their article from our services without any financial obligation. We understand that budgetary constraints are an important consideration, and we aim to support authors by offering cost-effective solutions.
If Blue Publication successfully provides the author with a suitable target journal and the author later chooses to submit their article directly to the journal instead of continuing with our services, they will not be eligible for withdrawal or a refund. Additionally, penalties may apply as per our terms and conditions.
Once an article has been accepted by the target journal, withdrawal is not permitted, and no refunds will be issued. At this stage, the article is in its final publication process, and the author must proceed with the agreed services.
Once an article has reached the stage of acceptance processing and a target journal has been finalized, the author cannot withdraw from the process. At this stage, publication arrangements have been made, and cancellation is not allowed.
This Refund Policy reflects our commitment to providing authors with efficient, structured, and professional publication assistance. By using our services, authors agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Note: Blue Publication reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of an author's service request will apply.
